This notice explains what personal data PureView Architectural Glazing (CRO 819845) handles through this website. We are the controller of that data. Questions go to info@pureview.ie.

What this website collects

This website has no forms, no accounts and no advertising or tracking cookies. If you email or phone us, we receive what you send: your name, contact details, and any drawings or project information you include.

We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and gives us only aggregate figures such as page views. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect it.

How we use what you send

We use enquiry information to respond to you, prepare proposals and carry out work you engage us for. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.

We do not sell your data or use it for marketing lists. Where a project needs it, we share project details with the manufacturer — Sky-Frame AG in Switzerland or Jansen AG — for specification and supply.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted after two years. Records for work we carry out are kept as long as tax and building-warranty obligations require.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@pureview.ie. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie) or, in Northern Ireland, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
