Frameless glazing,
specified properly.

We work with architects from early design through to installation — resolving thresholds, spans and interfaces before they become site problems.

The range

Four systems, then two decisions.

The system follows the opening. The track and the glazing follow the performance you need. We'll tell you when a simpler answer does the job.

Track — how it meets the floor

Original

A visible transition at the threshold. Works with every Sky-Frame system.

Plain

The track sits in a narrow gap in the floor — 10 mm double-glazed, 13 mm triple — with the flooring running between.

Glazing — how it performs

Sky-Frame 2

Double, 30 mm. Uw 1.36 W/m²K. The most specified.

Sky-Frame 3

Triple, 54 mm. Uw 0.87 W/m²K. MINERGIE certified.

Most of the work happens before anything is glazed.

Structural openings, thresholds, drainage, and the interfaces between trades. Get those right and the glazing is straightforward. Get them wrong and no system saves you.

  1. Read the architecture

What the opening is doing, before what product goes in it.

  2. Resolve the interfaces

Where the glazing meets structure, floor build-up and drainage.

  3. Install and hand over

One point of contact from first drawing through to handover.

Jansen Arte, where the answer is steel.

Sky-Frame is what we specify for large frameless openings. It is not what you want in a protected structure or a replacement window. Jansen Janisol Arte 2.0 is slim steel — 25 mm face widths on fixed glazing, 20 mm on vents — for renovation work and for elevations where a steel sightline is the point.
